FREE Seller Take-Sheet

Typically, an escrow is most often opened by the seller's real estate agent, as standard practice is that the seller reserves all services.

In a For Sale by Owner, the seller will choose the escrow and it may be opened via phone or email.

When opening escrow, please complete the Seller Take-Sheet as best possible. I will contact the buyer to complete any missing information.

After I've received the take-sheet, I will request the Good Faith Deposit from the buyer, an escrow number will assigned to your transaction and the next step will be that I order a Preliminary Report from the Title Insurance Company (the title company is not associated with the escrow company and they have their own title insurance rates)
